Prohoc is pleased to announce the addition of three new board members who will contribute significantly to the further growth and development of our industrial services business. Fredrik Nordström, Kimmo Kohtamäki, and Jean Nabb bring extensive global experience in project management, operations & maintenance, and production services.

Fredrik Nordström possesses over 30 years of diverse experience in operations management and development having held various leadership positions in discrete manufacturing as well as within project-based and process industry sectors. With a Master’s in Analytical Chemistry, Fredrik began his career focusing on quality and product development in the process industry, before advancing to lead global Operational Development and Excellence programs at both ABB and Wärtsilä.

Kimmo Kohtamäki, a seasoned leader in the energy and marine service sector, currently serves as the CEO of Bladefence Group. His experience spans leading international teams across Europe, the USA, and India. Kimmo’s expertise extends beyond general management to include change management, service strategy development, and Strategic Account Management, with significant roles at technology company Wärtsilä and energy company Fortum.

Jean Nabb, with nearly four decades of leadership experience at Wärtsilä in both Service and Energy sectors, has worked globally with Marine and Energy businesses in various roles. His roles in the Energy business have included leading Construction services, Nuclear project management, and Wärtsilä BioPower. Before retiring, he was the MD of Wärtsilä Projects Oy and Director for Strategic Partnerships.

Continuing on the board are Mikko Manner, Minna Künzler, and Matti Manner, representing the principal owner Continent Finland Oy.

Matti Manner, Chairman of the Board, states, “I am extremely excited to welcome these three gentlemen and industry leaders to our Board of Directors. As Prohoc approaches the milestone of becoming a mid-sized industrial services provider, our next phase includes expanding our international presence to better serve our customers’ global businesses.
