Prohoc takes a significant step in North America

Prohoc is expanding into the North American market by acquiring a company specializing in project management and commissioning services for the energy sector based in Florida, USA. The acquisition was finalized on 31.1. 2025. The company will become Prohoc’s new subsidiary, operating under the name Prohoc North America Inc. as part of the Prohoc Group. 

This strategic step strengthens Prohoc’s position as an international partner and industrial service provider, enabling the company to enter the active North American market. The acquisition opens new opportunities for customer partnerships through flexible, localized solutions.

At the launch, Prohoc North America Inc. will start with 5 employees, with numerous hires planned for already this year. Through the acquisition, Prohoc strengthens its expertise in the North American market and various expert services, including site management and commissioning services for Energy Storage solutions.

Juan Carlos Pérez to lead business development 

Prohoc has appointed Juan Carlos Pérez to lead the business operations of Prohoc North America Inc. He brings profound expertise in regional markets and customer needs, along with extensive experience in strategic leadership, sales, and operational management in the energy and maritime industry. 

Going forward, business development across the Americas will be led by Juan Carlos, establishing a solid foundation for operations. Under his leadership, strategic goals will be advanced, and international service capabilities will be strengthened close to customers.
