Unified sales invoicing and agreements
From 1.1.2025, invoices will be issued by Prohoc Oy. This change includes updates to Prohoc’s Business ID and bank account information.

New bank account details will be available on the invoices issued by Prohoc Oy from January 2025 onwards.
All existing agreements will automatically transfer to Prohoc Oy. Customers will retain their current contact persons, and we will inform them of any changes if needed.

The documentation production unit of Prohoc Projects Oy will be integrated to ProID Solutions Oy, forming a new, unified business entity. Starting from 1.1.2025., ProID Solutions Oy continues as an independent sister company alongside Prohoc Oy.
How will the merger affect services?
All Prohoc project, operations & maintenance, and production services, except for those provided by Prohoc Services Oy (ProId), will be further developed under Prohoc Oy.
