Under the unified Prohoc, we are streamlining our approach to customer engagement, ensuring a consistent and cohesive experience for all our customers. This transformation aligns our teams, processes, and culture to deliver more value to our global customers.
Unified operations and services
The unified operating model increases our ability to deliver streamlined, customer-focused services in a customer-oriented organization. Accordingly, Prohoc Projects Oy, Prohoc Proactor Oy, and Prohoc Works Oy (the Merging Companies) will be merged into their parent company, Prohoc Oy (the Receiving Company).
Prohoc Services Oy, known from its ProID brand, is renamed to ProID Solutions Oy and will operate as an independent sister company to Prohoc Oy starting from 1.1.2025. In addition, the documentation production unit of Prohoc Projects Oy will be integrated into ProID Solutions Oy.

Unified sales invoicing and agreements
From 1.1.2025, invoices will be issued by Prohoc Oy. This change includes updates to Prohoc’s Business ID and bank account information.

New bank account details will be available on the invoices issued by Prohoc Oy from January 2025 onwards.
All existing agreements will automatically transfer to Prohoc Oy. Customers will retain their current contact persons, and we will inform them of any changes if needed.
