When I started as a Prohocian four months ago, someone told me that Prohoc is a well-hidden secret of Ostrobothnia. Well, it’s time to tell the world that we are on a mission to change that. We are no strangers to the world either, as we’ve completed projects in over 100 countries throughout our history.
In our new strategy, we aim to strengthen our capabilities as a global partner to OEMs and asset owners, taking further steps to expand our global service footprint through both organic and inorganic growth initiatives. As we want to go forward hand in hand with our customers, we will invest in building global service networks, expanding from our current footprint in the Nordics, Continental Europe, the UK, and Central and South America.
As part of our new strategy, we are strengthening our operations in the manufacturing industry by offering services designed to enhance production efficiency and streamline operations. We have a proven track record with our existing global customer, providing valuable production optimization solutions and production resource services. Our tailored production optimization and outsourcing services are customized to meet the unique needs of each customer. While we remain committed to supporting our current partners, we are also well-positioned to collaborate with other manufacturers looking to improve their production efficiency. Our objective is to help manufacturers boost productivity, reduce costs, and focus on their core strengths while we manage key aspects of their production operations.
Another key initiative is further investing in our service development, particularly in global field service resourcing and project management contracting services. We see many interesting opportunities within both of our main customer segments —technology OEMs and Owner-Investors—to introduce these new services that will support their successful and sustainable businesses. Prohoc also aims to be at the forefront of driving Industry 5.0 initiatives. We want to become the best version of ourselves. Our primary carbon handprint goal is to be one of the enablers of a sustainable future. We can achieve this by helping our customers succeed in decarbonizing their industries.
Bringing in new talents
Developing services, growing our global presence, and assisting our customers in their decarbonization efforts also require continuous investment in our people. We need to have the best talent, both in Finland and in our new local entities abroad. This means we will need to bring in new talent to support our initiatives. We are reshaping our structure to better serve our customers, staying closer to them and scaling up our excellent offerings.
We are starting this change by opening three exciting opportunities to join our mission.
Chief Operations Officer will ensure the delivery of customer value according to our value proposition by managing and continuously developing Prohoc’s service value streams.
Senior Vice President, OEM plays a crucial role in our growth and success in original equipment manufacturing while contributing to Prohoc overall targets.
Senior Vice President, Owners & Investors is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and driving revenue and profitability through effective sales strategies in own business area.
If you’re interested in joining me on this exciting journey as a new member of Prohoc, we would love to hear from you! Or if you know the perfect person who would be a great fit for our team, please pass this opportunity along to them—we’re always looking for the best talent to grow our team.
Best regards
Kimmo
