Clearer service structure within the Prohoc Group
A strategic restructuring is being implemented within our group to strengthen the focus and development of our services.
CML Automation Oy, part of the Prohoc Group, will change its name to Camline Oy as of 1.3.2026. In connection with this change, Prohoc Oy’s industrial maintenance services (O&M Services) will transfer to Camline Oy as of 1.4.2026. Following the restructuring, Camline Oy and Prohoc Oy will operate as sister companies under the ownership of Continent Finland Oy.
The change concerns the organisational structure of the maintenance and automation business. All other Prohoc services and operating models will remain unchanged. Project Delivery Services, Specialist Services, Production Services and Global Field Services will continue as part of Prohoc Oy’s operations as before. From our customers’ perspective, Prohoc will continue to operate as a full-spectrum industrial partner — the structure becomes clearer, while the overall service capability remains comprehensive.
Clearer Focus – Stronger Expertise
As a result of the restructuring, Camline will focus on production flow in the manufacturing industry, automation solutions and industrial maintenance. By combining software and automation expertise with demanding industrial maintenance capabilities, we are building an even stronger lifecycle solution for production systems.
Camline offers manufacturing workshops an expanded service portfolio covering:
- Delivery of new FMS and warehouse automation systems
- Manufacturer-independent modernisations
- Lifecycle and on-call services for FMS systems and machining centres
- Camline FD software solutions for machine and production monitoring
- Machine installation, relocation and modernisation services
- General factory maintenance
- Industrial electrical and automation installations

At the same time, Prohoc continues to provide its core services:
- Project Delivery Services – Management and execution of industrial investment and development projects from planning to commissioning, particularly for OEM customers and industrial contractors.
- Specialist Services – Flexible expert resourcing, from individual key professionals to full teams supporting projects and production.
- Production Services – Production-as-a-Service solutions, enabling customers to outsource production entities in a controlled and cost-efficient manner.
- Global Field Services – International installation, commissioning and field services for the technology industry and OEM manufacturers.

What does this mean for customers?
As a result of the restructuring, service responsibilities become clearer. Going forward, automation and FMS solutions as well as industrial maintenance services will be provided through Camline Oy. Project management and execution, specialist resourcing, managed production and international field services will continue to be provided by Prohoc Oy.
